Your journey at UrbanIRON fitness™ begins with your first class. Trying a new workout can be scary—but when you walk into UrbanIRON fitness™ studio our #1 priority is to make you feel welcome in our gym family, at ease with our amazing staff, and at home with our supportive members!
Our workouts are designed to fit all fitness levels. You set the pace, the intensity and the amount of weight you lift. Whether we are swinging a bell, lifting weight or doing bodyweight movement, this is your 45 minutes to give yourself what you need to get a great workout and exceed your goals on a daily basis!
